A few nights a week we open our Rotisserie where we grill over an open fireplace in the room next to the restaurant. We prepare the food just like it has been prepared for centuries in the area, a great meal and experience.
The rotisserie is open Tuesday, Thursday & Sunday from 19.00. Make your reservation at the front desk.
An intimate restaurant located on the edge of the Guisane river with a sunny terrace and great, local cuisine.
A great place if you prefer something simple but hearty, such as burgers or crêpes.
A bit more upscale, the restaurant of boutique hotel Rock Noir offers refined cuisine based on local produce fresh from the market.
