Breakfast

Give yourself a great start to the day with our breakfast buffet served from 7:30 - 10:00. If you don't have it included in your price, the price per day is  €14 per person.

Lunch 

At the brasserie and bar of Hotel Gustavia, Chambre Neuf, we offer a friendly alpine atmosphere and a high-quality lunch menu with inspiration from international cuisines. 

Dinner

Our Alpine kitchen offers an à la carte menu that is served between 19.00 – 22:00. If you have a three-course dinner included in your stay you can choose to be served at either 18:30 or 20:30.

Please make your reservations at the front desk.

Bar

Our  bar has a good selection of drinks and is open between 12:00-24:00 daily

Ski info 

Ski pass & Ski Rental 

Ski passes can be purchased at the ski pass office, which is located 250 meters from the hotel, behind the train station. You can rent skis from our own ski rental that is located in the hotel. Ask at the front desk if you need help!

Ski Room 

There is a ski storage room with ski boot warmer behind the hotel. Ask the front desk for the key to get access. To avoid damage to the property, it is not permitted to bring skis, poles or ski boots to the hotel rooms.

Many enthusiasts regard the Chamonix Valley as the ultimate destination for freeride skiing, often hailed as the world's premier freeride resort. This picturesque valley boasts five distinct ski resorts: Grands Montets, Les Houches, Le Tour/Balme, La Flegere, and Le Brevent.

Off-piste skiing with Mountain Guide 

If you are feeling adventurous and want to see what is hiding outside the piste we recommend you to go off-piste skiing with a certified guide. We are collaborating with Maison Sport. Choose a day with fresh powder snow and sunshine to get an experience you will remember for a long time!
